The Barnstaple & District Chamber of Commerce is a leading business organisation. Working with colleagues representing business locally. The Devon and Cornwall Business Council, South West Regional Development Agency, Business Link for Devon and Cornwall and the Barnstaple & District Chamber of Commerce are dedicated to secure greater commercial success and improve the quality of life of all the residents in the area through inward investment, improved infrastructure and strategic partnerships.  The morals and commitment to duty of the Chamber still remain strong, with a great deal of support provided for companies and traders of North Devon. Every effort is made to maintain the representation of the business community at all levels of local, regional, and national government, whilst ensuring a balance is struck ensuring the economic security of the area and its population in to the future.
